Mr Utkarsh Thapar

Mr. Utkarsh Thapar is a part of litigation team at the firm and holds the position of Counsel. His focused areas of practice are white collar crimes and complex civil, criminal and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in the high courts, district courts, consumer forums and tribunals all over the country, and has also been advising companies on legal compliances pertaining to SEBI, FEMA, FDI, IT Act, 2000 and the Companies Act, 2013 etc.
