Mr. Gurmandeep is an alumni of the prestigious Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He has years of experience of litigation in the Supreme Court of India, the Punjab Haryana High Court, the Company Law Board, The Debt Recovery Tribunal and various other forums. He belongs to a lineage of highly reputed lawyers and judges. He is expert at Urban Development Laws including licensing for development of residential and commercial colonies, Conversion of Land Use,Allotment as also Consumer Protection Laws, matters pertaining to Land Acquisition, Company Litigation, Securatization and Arbitration. Gurmandeep has to his credit among several judgments including the famous Full bench judgement of Punjab and Haryana High Court titled as Sehajdhari Sikh Federation Vs Union of India reported in 2012 (1) Recent Civil Reports 384 by virtue of which the Sehajdhari Sikhs were made eligible as voters in elections for the prestigious Siromani Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee. Gurmandeep apart from being a thorough professional is a spirited sportsman and has brought laurels to the Chandigarh Lawyers Sports Association.
