Francisca has completed B’Com, LL. B and LL.M in 1998 from Mumbai University and a Member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
Her core practice areas include Corporate and Commercial Litigations Arbitration, Corporate Advisory and Banking law practice. She has represented clients in the High Court, Bombay/District Courts/Consumer Courts/Family courts/Debt Recovery Tribunals/DRAT/Arbitral Tribunals /NCLT and courts in Goa.
Apart from general corporate advisory she also advises on issues relating to white collar crimes, labour laws and other statutory and regulatory compliance issues of companies in India. Francisca started her independent practice as a trial lawyer in 2000 and since 2006 she been associated with well-known law firms in India.
