Abhinav Agnihotri, having vast experience in the field of litigation and commercial law is alumni of Deccan Education Society affiliated to University of Pune. Mr. Agnihotri has successfully demonstrated his analytical skills during drafting and vetting corporate agreements for clients including agreement with purchase, lease agreement, builder-buyer agreement etc. which have proved turning point in subsequent litigations, conferring him an envious admiration for his knowledge base, in depth analysis and farsightedness.

Being a litigating counsel Mr. Agnihotri also had opportunity to represent clients before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Hon’ble High Court of Uttar Pradesh, Hon’ble High Court of Maharashtra, Hon’ble National Green Tribunal and various District Courts.

Mr. Agnihotri also possesses special expertise in the matters pertaining to Companies Act 2013, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. Being observant and upbeat at all times, he has learnt the art of handling difficult situations before the bench.
